By submitting this form, I agree that "The Mulligan Tour" or any of its sponsors or agents are not responsible for any loss of property and/or injury at any of our scheduled or non-scheduled events. A tournament *Deposit of $50 (Ottawa, Kingston, Windsor, Hamilton, London,)  will be included with payment of membership if not refunded from previous year.  The Mulligan Tour committee makes all final decisions regarding all aspects of the Tour. The Mulligan Tour reserves the right to deny or revoke the right of any individual to participate in the Mulligan Tour, if, in its sole discretion, it is determined that the applicants or participants presence would impact adversely upon or to be detrimental to the image of the Mulligan Tour. If a player does not show up to an event registered without 3 days notice, 80% of Tournament fee will be charged. All players must show up to any registered event rain or shine - The golf course makes all decisions regarding Tournament cancellations.
