Mulligan Tour Toronto event payments can be paid the following ways;

1. Mail payment to The Mulligan Tour, 99 Sheldrake Dr. Kanata, Ont K2L 1T1.
2. Pay Pal or Credit Card payments upon booking the event. ($3 - $5./Surcharge)
3. Email money transfers 
4. Credit card on file, cash or cheque payments can be made on the day of the event. 
   (Credit card "authorization forms" will be available upon request)

Please "Click" the "Buy Now Button" for the event you wish to pay for (please be sure that your name is also included). No refunds on players that do not show up for an event they have registered for.
